Property descriptions usually consist of what seems for regular folks to be gibberish: 3bdrm,FnshdBsmnt, ***And All Of It Has To Be CamelCase To Tell A Word From A Word***. That's because there's no room in the database for normal text. The problem is that text is how people communicate, so agents have to go out of their way and hire people to make brochures, where they can put some human-friendly descriptions. Those brochures come in PDF format to work on any computer, but are impossible to edit without special software and some proper skills.

We are changing that. On our website you can write a whole article (or several) describing the house, its special features and advantages. Write the way you talk, with full sentences. These tabs are exactly for that. You can make your text super-interesting by adding floorplans,

pointing out nice places in the neighborhood,
  

adding more pictures and videos.

(This video was added just for example. The videos must be hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or some other video hosting website.)

About Tabs

You can add several tabs to show off the property the best way you can think of. For example, you can have separate tabs for floorplans, for videos, for text. Or you can put all the information about the house (with floorplans, additional pictures, videos, etc) in one tab, all information about the location in another tab, and your own op-ed-style observations in the third. 

You can add a tab with current owners describing how they liked living there, what renovations they did or need to do, giving advice about the neighbors, or whatever. You can add an article by a financial adviser about the investment value of the property or properties in the area. You can add all the relevant information you can think of, because the more time a person spends going into the details, the more invested the person feels.

Let your imagination and experience out onto the paper page. Purchasing a property is a big decision, and you can help your prospective buyers make the proper choice with your words, even when you are not there, at 3 AM on a Sunday night.

Our task is to help you sell the property, and the tabs let your words reach the people that matter most —  clients.

Can I write in two columns?

Every tab has an optional second column. For example, you can use it for links to other resources on the Internet that 

  • showcase your work, 
  • advertise similar properties, 
  • show brochures and other materials, 
  • link to other websites where the property is featured,
  • and so on.

If there are any additional details put them here. Or you can just switch it off when you create or edit the tab, leaving one column. Use it any way you like.
